Unusually, for parents with two young children, we sampled the fare at one of Charlotte's newest restaurants; Halcyon located at the new Mint museum in Uptown.The restaurant is nicely furnished, the staff well trained and welcoming, but the food is the star! I had the trio of pork (3 little pigs); pork belly on lentils, their take on a BLT, & pork ball on smokey collards ... delish!! I'll be going back for more.
