
The pizza has just the right amount of crisp & chew, eg crispy outside with a chewy core, and the awesome authentic smell and taste. It's like being in Italy, or maybe a great pizzeria in NYC. The toppings are also of equal quality; real mozzarella, tasty sauce, local ingredients, and nice touches like truffle oil.
The beer list is impressive; 50ish on draft, including local brews, and some of the best from around the USA/world. They have a wicked list of IPAs; some that are only served in half pints due to their mind bending strength!
My perfect night; a pitcher of Sweetwater 420, a large pie with caramelized onion + sauteed mushroom + pancetta, and good friends!
