Kale Chips!



Ridiculously thin and crispy, this melt-in your mouth snack is probably good for you (depending on the amount of salt and oil used).

Recipe:
De-stemmed kale leaves
Tear into chip sized pieces
Spray with olive oil (the manual pump misto is useful here)
A little dusting of truffle-flavored salt
Bake on a tray for 18 mins at 300F
